What is High Quality in-field service worth to you? For over fifteen years, Mustang Microsystems has provided installation and training services to retailers. With experienced, project oriented managers, we have undertaken projects large and small, from the relatively simple to the very complex. We understand the schedules and sensitivities of in-store work, where there are busy managers who focus on serving their customers. Our team understands that “Our Customers have Customers Too”, and it is the end customer that we are all striving to serve with quality and care.
Installations and Training
Mustang Microsystems has installed Point of Sale and Payment Systems throughout the United States. We have done many projects involving thousands of small retailers, and department stores with over 100 terminals in a store. We “Drill the Holes, Run the Wires, Mount and Test the Equipment, and Train the users. We are proud of our reputation and can provide many references from very satisfied customers.
Conversions
Many programs require exchange and upgrade of POS and Payment Terminals. These programs involve coordination of inbound equipment, ready for installation to minimize time and interference in the stores. We can manage the complete conversion by combining our depot services for debit key injection, software loading, kitting, and direct store deployment, or work with others who deploy the equipment. We can provide secure and environmentally responsible disposal of sensitive payment terminals that may contain a retailer’s encryption keys. We offer a unique service for retailers who need to change the debit keys in the installed terminals, since we have the experience, training, and technology to do these secure procedures in the stores as well as in our depot.
Product Introductions
New POS and Payment Terminal systems seem to be introduced every day. Mustang Microsystems has the experience to assist in new product introductions, using our experience to provide objective real-time performance reporting, and quick response working with the manufacturers to react and correct any issues.
Maintenance
Mustang Microsystems provides ongoing 7 x 24 on-site response to provide “first responder” on-site services. We have provided the “eyes and ears” for system support where the admin functions are thousands of miles away.
Telephone Support
Mustang Microsystems provides second-level technical support by telephone to several of our major clients.
