Meet Our Management Team

Mustang MicroSystems, Inc, has built a strong organization that specializes in full sales and support of retail POS and payment systems. Each member of our organization is dedicated to our promise that every client will find that working with Mustang was "an experience much better then expected."


Tom Galloway, Founder (1939-2011)

Jessica Keefe,
MSA:

Jessica joined Mustang directly from PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston, MA. Along with her diverse corporate audit experience she worked previously in both the accounting and operations centers of Mustang. Jessica holds a B.A. degree from Assumption College in Accounting and a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University Of Connecticut School Of Business. Ted Toran, Vice President of Sales:

Ted is responsible for both new business development and serving the needs of our existing customers. Since joining Mustang in 2007, Ted has built an outstanding reputation for providing high quality service solutions to retailers, processors and others through our variety of secure ESO registered services. L'Oreal Endy, Vice President of Field Operations:

L'Oreal has been responsible for all Mustang Field Operations for almost ten years. Operating from her office in Pennsylvania, L'Oreal directs our field employees and contractors in large and small projects across the United States. Michael Rochette, COO:

Michael’s diverse background in electronic payments spans over 30 years and brings unique value and perspective to Mustang. His responsibilities include development of payment and security related tools and applications, as well as providing strategic direction on advanced payment and security trends. Michael’s experience includes systems design, development, integration and support for payment terminals, controllers and high-speed payment switches. He has held technical and senior management positions at Datatrol, NTN, Ingenico and Hypercom. Michael holds an ASEE from Franklin Institute. Michael can be reached via: mrochette@mustang2000.com.

David Harris, Service Operations Manager:

David has been with Mustang for over ten years and manages the Mustang Service Center, where his organization provides complete support for retail payment systems. His operation includes full terminal repairs, key injection, and kit preparation for rollouts and ongoing field installations. David can be reached via:DWH@mustang2000.com.

Mary Krampf, Customer Service Manager:

Mary has been with Mustang for seven years. She attended the University of Toronto and brings a long background in hospitality management and staff training to her position as day-to-day contact in our customer service area. She also administers our serial tracking database, which allows us real-time status of customer equipment. Mary can be reached at: MCK@mustang2000.com.
